"When I learned about the Fuel Spill Guard I ordered one and immediately had it installed (a simple process) on my Chris Craft Launch 22'. We need to keep fuel spills of any size out of our waterways. I work and boat on Lake Union and Lake Washington in Seattle, two incredible bodies of water. I see the effects of fuel spills and decided that I would be part of the solution, not the problem. This simple device is fool proof. Once installed (a total price under $200), I never have to worry again about a fuel vent spill. The bright LED light and audible alarm activate as soon as my belly tank is full, well before the vent line can spill. The heavy marine grade aluminum tank and stainless mountings fit easily behind the upholstery panel on the port side of my boat adjacent to the fueling inlet. The only thing visible is the small deck plate with the warning light mounted professionally (only one small hole) and permanently next to the inlet, making it very visible during the fueling process. I know I have done my part to "stop the drops" and keep fuel spills out of our shared resource."
